Dreamworks Interview
Today I had a lovely interview with a woman named Sarah Kent who has created something called the Dream Works project. She interviews women and asks them about their dreams. She focuses on one specific dream and really gets to the heart of it: what it means to you, how it feels, what it looks like, etc. As I'm sure you all can imagine, mine was moving to France with Billy. Describing it to her, why it's important to me, what it looks like when we'll be there, really gave me an insight and allowed me to feel that time in my life. It made me understand that the part of me is already there, and the part of me that's here is just waiting to catch up. This is a certainty. This is not a maybe. This is a when. Part of the reason I know that this will happen is because of my relationship. And it's because of my relationship that I've created this business. We create our own reality. Our happiness is not dependent on someone else, but when we have someone else in our lives and we have a powerful and connected relationship, the sky is the limit! Anything becomes possible when you're doing it together. This is the inspiration behind the programs I create, the things that I offer people. This is why I am the Relationship Chef. Because life is amazing, and it should be lived and enjoyed with the people we love. If you feel comfortable, share a little bit about your dream, the one that you think about that you work towards every day. If you don't want to share it publicly, feel free to send me a DM, but I'd love to hear your dream!

How do you feel about lamb?
It’s funny, lamb is a bit of a thing in our family. We all loved it. Even the kids who tried to say they don’t like it, love it ha ha My dad was the OG fanatic in our family. No matter what the occasion, no matter where we were, he wanted lamb. He would often want to throw dinner parties when we were in France, and invite a number of people that we had connected with. Being a chef, trained in France, with all the beautiful ingredients at my fingertips, I always had wonderful ideas of great meals to make, and I’d have them planned out in my head and then my dad would say or we could have lamb. This was the subtle order that wasn’t to be denied. Not that I minded it was wonderful, but sometimes I just want to spread my wings a little bit and make something different. Something special. At my dad’s funeral, myself, and a couple other people stepped up to speak about him, and every one of us mentioned lamb 🤣 Nowadays, the price of lamb like everything else is crept up, so it’s a rare treat, but every time we have it, it just brings back so many memories. There’s so many wonderful ways to cook it: roasted with mint sauce, roasted with Bernaise sauce, curried, stewed, grilled… The options are endless, and for the most part, they’re all wonderful! What’s something that your family loves to eat over and over again? Is there a story behind it?

Do you ever have that one picture… That picture that you look at and say this was an incredible moment. This is iconic. I have two of those. One with Billy, of course, in France. And another one… Also in France… With my Bestie Louise. (I’d tag her but I think she’s forgotten how to spell SKOOL 🤣🤣 ) Anyway, anyways, I just thought for fun I would post this picture. It was taken in Nice, I have it framed by my desk. Just the way it worked out we had these German students take the picture for us, and I love it. I’d love you to share your special picture. A perfect moment in time, iconic and memorable.

Places that feel like home...
You may have heard me say at some point that my heart belongs to France, and it most certainly does! I wanted to share with you a little bit about why... I made it a little longer than I'd intended to, but there is a lot to say.
