How incredibly valuable it is to have friends across the globe 🙏🏻 ✨
So... I was struggling with my client who is lacking structure with her eating habits. I needed to create a proper plan for her. I didn't know anything about the Canadian situation when it comes to food. You grow maple trees for maple syrup, what else?
Then I realized that hey, I know this amazing woman who also lives in Canada and probably knows a thing or two about the availability of certain food items and such. She also gave me some good recipes I can implement for my client.
Not only is Krista very easy going, approachable and humble 🔥
One of the many good things about Krista is that she knows about keto foods and all that entails. It is super valuable for me who is helping my client to reduce her carb intake.
She gave me some valuable advice that I could implement. I had my client meeting a few hours later, it helped me out a lot having had that talk with her prior.
A Canadian chef helped me out!
