I'm Michael. I've been a private chef and Executive chef for 30 years; cooking in private homes, luxury estates, Jets, yachts, country clubs, and vineyards for some of the most demanding clients in the country.
I built this community because no one is teaching what private chef work actually looks like from the inside. Not culinary school. Not YouTube. Nobody.
