What to do when you arrive at a clients home and no cooking equipment?
Review the situation, see if there is anything to work with, aluminum pans, single pot, borrow from the neighbor if the Clinets okay with this or ask if you can Instacart a few pans or pots from Target or William & Sonoma.

My experience on Yachts!
I will admit, cooking on yachts can be fun, however can be challenging too! Do your research prior to leaving port! Become best friends with the captain, learn his water way routes this will help you research and source out provisions when you stop and fuel! I would always have extra food stored in the walk-in and freezer for back up! Sourcing sometimes can be hard, be proactive and you will have a successful adventure.
