šŸ“£ Important Update: This ChatGPT Community Will Close Tomorrow
Hi, everyone! šŸ‘‹ First off, thank you for being part of this pop-up community and for joining the ChatGPT for ADHD Mompreneurs workshop! Your energy, engagement, and feedback have meant so much. šŸ’ž This Skool group was created as a temporary container to host the workshop replay and resources. Since most of you are already in my Thriving ADHD Mompreneurs community—and since the next billing cycle is tomorrow—this group will be archived by the end of the day to help reduce platform costs. Here’s what you need to know: āœ… You still get lifetime access to the workshop replay and bonus resources you paid for. šŸ“„ I’m sharing the direct link to everything right here --> click the blue links (and sending it via email too): LIFETIME REPLAY YOUTUBE LINK My Whiteboard (Canva) 3 Key Skills for ChatGPT Use Simplified Dashboard šŸŽ“ If you're already in Thriving ADHD Mompreneurs, you’ll also find the replay inside our Classroom tab for easy access anytime. 🌱 If you're not yet part of Thriving ADHD Mompreneurs, I’ll be sending you a personal invite. It’s a free, ADHD-friendly community where we simplify productivity with compassion—and because you already purchased the ChatGPT workshop, you’ll still get exclusive access to that course inside the group. You can also check it out by clicking the blue link above. And if you have any questions, please feel free to email me at [email protected]. Thanks again for being part of this experiment! Can’t wait to keep growing with you in the Thriving community šŸ’« I appreciate you šŸ™,

🧠Real Example: How I Solved a Global Time Zone Puzzle with ChatGPT
If you’ve ever had to schedule a meeting with clients or community members across multiple time zones, you know how confusing (and frustrating) it can get—especially with an ADHD brain juggling a million things.🤪 Here’s how I simplified it with ChatGPT šŸ‘‡ Inside my Thriving ADHD Mompreneurs community, we’re kicking off weekly live connection calls. But our members live all over—from Texas to Berlin to Denmark—so I needed to pick 2–3 meeting times that worked for everyone. Instead of going down the Google rabbit hole or opening a million tabs… āœ… I opened ChatGPT āœ… Told it my time zone (CST in Plano, TX) āœ… Pasted in the time ranges from my members āœ… Asked ChatGPT to suggest 2–3 ideal meeting times šŸ’” Boom! In seconds (not hours), it gave me options aligned with everyone's schedule and my own. I copy-pasted those straight into our group post and turned them into a poll. That was it! 🄳 Why am I sharing this with you? Because this is how simple ChatGPT can be when it becomes your behind-the-scenes ADHD assistant. Whether you're a course creator, coach, or mompreneur juggling a global biz—this one small skill can save you hours and so much mental energy. ✨ Inside my Thriving community, we dive into real-life examples like this—how I actually use ChatGPT for ADHD-friendly productivity, business clarity, and keeping things simple. If you're ever looking for a next step where you can connect with other ADHD mompreneurs, check out Thriving ADHD Mompreneurs. I’d love to see you there. šŸ’¬ Have you ever used ChatGPT for scheduling or global time zones? Drop a comment—I’d love to hear how it went (or if you want help trying it out!). I appreciate you. šŸ™

ChatGPT Workshop is a Game Changer! 🤩
I just wanted to send a quick message to say how much I enjoyed watching the ChatGPT workshop! I had so much fun watching the replay. 🄰 Like most of us, I've been finding it a bit challenging to nail down the perfect prompt to really get the most out of ChatGPT, so the "Human Trainer" MentalityĀ pro tip was a game-changer for me. I finally feel confident about how to approach it now – thank you @Katherine Lizardo! Honestly, the entire 1 hour and 40+ minutes flew by and was absolutely worth watching. Kudos! šŸ‘
Can GPTs share memory? Here's my response...
One of our members asked a very important question: Do GPTs share memory with each other? Short answer: No, they don't talk to each other. Each GPT is like a separate assistant. But watch my response to see how you can systemize training each of your GPT consistently and easily. Let me know if you have any other questions. Next week, I'll be posting case studies on how you can use ChatGPT in business, life, and family, as well as with your ADHD. So, make sure to check our community from time to time for ChatGPT updates. I appreciate you all! Happy Mother's Day to everyone who is called a "MOM!" šŸ™

Can GPTs share memory? Here's my response...
I named my ChatGPT "Aya"
I named my ChatGPT "Aya"—which stands for Assistant to Your ADHD. Last week, I asked it if I could name it and what name it preferred. It suggested Aya as my ADHD assistant. I liked it, so I updated its memory. Then I completely forgot I did that. Today, I said "hi" specifically to Aya to see what would happen. And I'm blown away! 🤯 Check out our chat in the screenshot. What would you name your ChatGPT?
