I've coached high school and travel ball at every level for over 35 years. I watched my oldest son walk away from the game. I watched my youngest son Julian bat .200 at 14 and almost do the same thing.

Julian became a three-year varsity starter and earned a full scholarship to a D1 JUCO in arguably the toughest junior college conference in the country.
