I especially love the Ace of Blades (Swords), and it holds a very special meaning for me. The night before my beloved Honey was due to have a mastectomy operation, I drew a card, and the one that came up was the Ace of Blades. The imagery felt incredibly synchronistic with what we were about to face. The skill and precision of the surgeon seemed to be reflected so clearly in the image of the card. It felt like a true blessing and a reassuring sign. Honey’s operation went very well, and she recovered beautifully — that was four years ago.
I really love this deck.
