This isn't how life works especially as business owners and leaders.
We give first because we have been given so much.
Zig Ziglar says it best, "You can get everything in life you want if you will just help enough other people get what they want.
Your fortune is on the other side of provide solutions for their lives. (Helping them get something)
You cannot create this desire, but you can aid it by providing a path in which to reach the destination.
The world works with equivalent exchange, you give your time and energy to help them achieve their goals they will transfer it back to you in a monetary way.
It's all about giving what you've know to others and watching it grow from there.
