I took time to review the Week 1 agenda, and it took longer than expected because I was intentional about defining a clear and focused 60-day mission. The videos did a great job explaining the process and setting the framework. I chose three non-negotiable rules: waking up at the same time every day, eliminating social media on my phone for 60 days, and completing the hardest task first each day. I’ll officially begin on January 4, after the New Year’s festivities conclude.
