Welcome to the community.
Here's the simplest possible start:
1. Watch the Welcome + BOLT videos in the Classroom (10 min total).
2. Take your BOLT score and post it below as your Day 1 number.
3. Do Day 1 — five minutes of breathing. Most people feel the shift immediately. That feeling is the whole point. That's it. Ten minutes a day from here. I'll see your posts and I'll be right alongside you.
