Today’s my birthday — and honestly, all I want is to share what I’ve been called to do:

👉 Our next live breathwork class is this Wednesday night (Calm in the Chaos – 6:30pm Adelaide time) This one’s special. We’ll align the breath, heart, and mind — and breathe into the future we want to create for a calm and centred state
AND… I’m offering a few 1:1 breathwork & strategy sessions over the next few weeks (on me) for members of this community who are ready to go deeper. Time limited for me BUT I'm keen to help where I can and feel this lights me up so if you are wanting guidance then this is for you.
