5. Promote Inclusivity: Welcome diverse perspectives and experiences. Everyone’s voice is valuable, and we celebrate our differences.
6. Constructive Criticism Only: When providing feedback, focus on being constructive and supportive. Critique the idea, not the person.
7. No Negative Talk: Refrain from negative comments about others teacher's ideas, or strategies. This includes discouraging remarks and messaging that could make others feel uncomfortable. Instead, focus on sharing knowledge and encouragement.
8. Report Issues: If you encounter inappropriate behavior or violations of these guidelines, please report it to the moderators immediately. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any actions that undermine a supportive environment.
9. We uphold a zero-tolerance policy for any behavior deemed harmful, abusive, discriminatory, disruptive, or unlawful. We reserve the right to refuse service or revoke access to our platform, programs, or events at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if such actions are necessary to protect the integrity, safety, or purpose of our community.
