This morning I woke up to the best email ever. I officially have my CDA !! I want to thank you guys for all the help, support, resources and time you guys put into us students.

Constructive Criticism Only: When providing feedback, focus on being constructive and supportive. Critique the idea, not the person. 7. No Negative Talk: Refrain from negative comments about others teacher's ideas, or strategies. This includes discouraging remarks and messaging that could make others feel uncomfortable. Instead, focus on sharing knowledge and encouragement. 8. Report Issues: If you encounter inappropriate behavior or violations of these guidelines, please report it to the moderators immediately. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any actions that undermine a supportive environment. 9. I just wanted to get on here and give a huge thank you to Donna and Zack! Today was my observation and everything went smoothly. All the effort you guys are putting into this app, community and resources are truly appreciated. I couldn't have done this without you guys ❤️ Next step for me is the written part.
