A lot of people in the modern world get their sleep disturbed by unnecessary schedules, bad environment (cities or simply speaking indoors), blue light (and all kinds like violet), hot rooms, closed light, EMF exposure, noise, stress, alarms / work times, being unhealthy, consuming wrong foods.
This is purely dangerous and can even stop your body from growing if not getting good sleep.
Those people simply CANNOT feel good and refreshed by going against nature.
Just like the sun (check art.2 in natureās category about SOL punishing you), again you get punished for doing the wrong things.
Your own body tells you that just by how you feel.
All of these stupid calculations - āohh I should sleep at that time or that time and get that much sleep etcā - are useless and stressful and donāt make any sense.
There is also NO absolute way that you can make these calculations accurate, EVER.
āSeasonsā change, and the time of a sunset and sunrise can change even a few man-made minutes ahead or before EACH and passing day (and yes thatās how it really is).
Thatās why itās never accurate, and there is no way to calculate exactly how much your body needs to sleep.
Itās stupidity.
You can fall asleep and just by how you feel you can rate how much sleep you need.
Or by the time you wake up.
You should sleep how much your body wants to!
You could never make a man-made schedule work.
Never.
If youād set yourself maybe 8 hours of sleep (at a very late time), youād get up feeling like sh!t and eventually get sleep insomnia.
Itās impossible to adapt your body to that.
Youāre not supposed to stay awake for extremely long when itās pure darkness
(even though that could not be a problem for a natural primitive man, because heād be aware sleeping (check African tribe documentaries), or stay if there is anything going on - but thatās NATURAL! So it wonāt do almost any damageā¦).
If a natural man would stay up on force (somehow without all the dopamine drive and electronics), then it wouldnāt be a big problem for him compared to the modern human (even with š³).
Youāll not feel good even if you get a bit amount of sleep.
It can repair for a very long time, and itās dangerous and hard to fight with.
The same man that sleeps like that - even though heād wake up - he wouldnāt be able to even stand up or do tasksā¦.
Heād be sleeping all-day long (in nature when alone - very dangerous if low energy).
And I know through past experience.
A man sleeping after sunset or a bit late will beat the other guy even if somehow they have the same amount of sleep.
Youāre supposed to listen to nature, the natural cycle of a human - thatās how we are!
Not some night predators, weāre ready for day time to thrive.

Typically the default is AFTER sunset for our species - when itās already dark.

Your body also gives you signals like yawning, being tired.
But after sunset, when it really is dark, should be the barrier (unless something keeps you up).
There is a lot of factors, but please do NOT use any artificial lights objects a bit before and during and after sunset - even AT ALL, try to use as less.
Donāt close out natural lights.
Make sure the natural outside light tells you.

Artificial lights make the brain think itās daytime, therefore barely no sleep signalizing (depends on the dopamine levels)ā¦.
So it does run by the body and sun and the moon all together.
If you totally run out of energy, you can even sleep during the dayā¦
your body will tell you if it needs rest.
Please try to stay at the most natural environment as you can possibly have, as much exposure to nature!
