Welcome, this is a bit of a test to start with, but my long term plan is to make this the central hub of anyone embarking on their fitness journey with CatchySaurus Coaching. I want this to firstly be where you can come for the resources for the coaching I provide, but also a place where you can mingle and meet others signed up with me to share experiences, support and wins (no matter how small!) along the way!
