your content has a job. do you know what it is? 📚
most people post content and just hope something happens.
a like. a follow. a sale. something.
but here is what nobody tells you content without a clear job is just noise. and noise does not pay bills.
every single piece of content you create should have ONE specific job.
not to go viral.
not to get followers.
one job.
is it supposed to attract someone new to your page?
is it supposed to build trust with someone already following you?
is it supposed to make someone buy something today?
those are three completely different pieces of content.
and if you do not know which one you are writing before you start you will end up writing something that does none of them well.
here is your quick win for today.
look at your last post.
just one. ask yourself what was the job of that post?
what did I actually want someone to DO after they read it?
if you can not answer that in one sentence that is why it did not perform the way you wanted.
fix that one thing before your next post.
know the job first. write the content second.
