Spring cleaning isn’t really about having a spotless house.
It’s about creating a little more stability.
When life feels noisy, clutter can make it worse.
Not because you’re doing anything wrong, but because every pile, every “I’ll deal with it later” corner, every overstuffed cupboard is another tiny thing your brain has to hold.
A small reset can bring that grounded feeling back.
Here’s a simple way to do it without turning it into an all-day mission:
- Pick ONE small zone. A kitchen counter. A bathroom sink. A bedside table.
- Set a 10-minute timer. Stop when the timer ends, even if it’s not “finished”.
- Do only three actions : Bin. Put away. Wipe down. That’s it.
Because stability doesn’t come from doing everything. It comes from doing one thing that makes your space feel calmer and more predictable.
