Measuring Food
Hello, I am new to the group as of this week and I am exited to be here! I’ve been Carnivore since the spring of 2023 and started off as Keto on November 2022. I am looking to lose rhe last few pounds as I have stalled in my weight loss the last few months.
Question: how do you measure frozen foods and meat with bone and skin on? I know it’s recommended to measure raw and if cooked to divide the oz of food by 0.75 but what is the food is frozen or has bone or skin on?
