I add 2 eggs to the lb of ground beef as well as Redmonds salt and franks hot sauce. If still hungry then eat more mostly protein rich foods like sockeye salmon or tuna. Also with the ground beef, I put the cooked rendered fat into a container in the freezer to get it to cool down and solidify more. If I eat the hot rendered liquid fat, it causes diarrhea. Then if I’m still hungry after the grd beef and eggs, I eat more protein ie salmon or tuna with the solidified fat that was already allocated for and drink the extra broth that doesn’t solidify. If that makes sense.
