Where would I start to trouble shoot this

good morning my name is Tonia and I am learning advanced CSS coding because I have a brilliant director site that I haven’t really launched yet because I’m trying to customize it to look and function similar to my member vault site which I love brilliant directories just created a second space in there, hero header, and allows us to upload an image or YouTube video. On my member site it looks in a rectangular shape with padding all around and it fits nice and centered. On my brilliant director site on my cell phone it takes a square shape and cut off parts of the video. Thumbnail and I don’t know why I’ve written to them and they say that it doesn’t appear to be happening on their end. Would I try to find the code for the hero image? Or am I looking for something more like CSS code for on mobile for the hero? He also suggested that it could be my cell phone, which is a brand new Apple iPhone. I’m just looking for suggestions on where I should troubleshoot it first on
