Somatic Swimming - Learn to Swim Between Trips to the Pool
I am currently in the process of creating a complementary out of water program that aligns with our learn to swim process from home, between trips to the pool.
My goal in creating this program is to:
-Enhance strength and mobility
-Reduce the amount of time spent in water trying to achieve your learn to swim goals
-Make learning possible from home for those who cannot access a pool regularly
-Continued learning and mind, body, breath integration from home between pool sessions
My question to you is what content would you like to see first?
Comment below what you are currently struggling to overcome in water, and which type of at home approach sounds good for you and I will make a video with coaching advice, as well as give you an at home 5-10 minute routine to do between swim practices. Please indicate whether or not you have any postural or mobility challenges so that I can create exercises that work specifically for your current level of fitness/abilities. Indicate whether you would like exercises that are standing, laying down, or chair based.
