Pivoting out of Data and into Data Career Coaching

I am a data analyst with 12 years of experience in the Data world and have received 25+ job offers during my career. I've figured out how to land inbound [Data] Recruiter interest, get noticed when Data [applying] outbound, and I want to pivot my career expertise out of Coding and instead to helping fellow Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers land 20+ interviews within 48 days.

I've career coached a few friends one on one (30 youtube video + 2 hour working session), and have no idea how to streamline my service at scale. Looking forward to tightening my service, validating my Offer(s), and pivot into exclusively Career Coaching Data pros and only continuing Data contributor work on the side.

I live in Minneapolis, Minnesota, my wife and I just had our 4th child, and I'm excited to be in the group and share from experience and learn from the best!
