In need of a Career Coach to help coach my clients

I'm looking for a experienced recruiter or career coach who would be interested in a part time gig helping electricians, technicians find and secure employment as controls & automation technicians/engineers/PLC programmers.

We currently provide all the technical training/support they need to build the skills for many of these roles but we don't provide much in terms of resume improvement, targeting jobs, networking and interview prep skills.
