CTA - Community Rules & Guidelines
Welcome to our supportive career transformation space! These guidelines help us maintain a positive, productive environment where everyone can grow and succeed.
🤝 Be Respectful & Supportive
Treat all members with kindness and respect. We're all on different stages of our career journey. Celebrate wins, offer encouragement during challenges, and remember that behind every username is a real person with real dreams.
💡 Stay On-Topic
Keep posts related to career development, professional growth, job searching, skill building, and personal transformation. Off-topic conversations can move to DMs or other platforms.
🚫 No Self-Promotion or Spam
This isn't the place to pitch your services, products, or other communities. Focus on adding value through genuine engagement and helpful insights. Blatant promotional content will be removed.
📢 Use Appropriate Channels
Post questions and discussions in relevant categories. If you need direct support or have technical issues, reach out to [email protected]
🔒 Respect Privacy
Don't share others' personal information. When sharing your own experiences, use discretion about confidential workplace details or sensitive personal information.
✋ No Negativity or Drama
We're here to lift each other up, not tear each other down. Constructive feedback is welcome, but personal attacks, excessive complaining, or toxic behavior won't be tolerated.
📸 Keep Content Professional
Share content that aligns with our professional development focus. Keep images, videos, and language appropriate for a career-focused community.
❓ Questions & Support
Need help? Ask the community first - we love supporting each other! For technical issues or private matters, email [email protected]
Violation of these guidelines may result in post removal, warnings, or community removal. Let's create an amazing space together! 🚀
