11 years ago, I walked away from investment banking to become a self-taught designer. Everyone thought I’d lost my mind. Today, I’ve sold a lamp to Karl Lagerfeld. And I’ve never looked back. But here’s what I know now: what I was missing back then wasn’t courage. It was a community. People who’d already made the jump. Who could tell me how to land. That’s exactly why I built Career Change. Not a coaching program. Not a course. A place where people who’ve already crossed reach back for those who are about to jump. If you wake up every morning with a résumé that impresses everyone — except yourself — you’re exactly where you need to be. Welcome. Introduce yourself below. Tell us where you are. One word, one line, one question. There are no wrong answers here. Let’s begin.

Looking for right partners to expand the community

Hey Phil Nacson 👋 Just checked out Career Change - Make the move. You're still early enough to structure the community properly before growth starts kicking in — which honestly is the best possible timing. We're currently helping new Skool owners turn empty/basic communities into launch-ready ecosystems completely free. Examples + full breakdown here: 👉 Community Launch Before vs after examples below 👇
