Hi everyone,

My name is Rae, and I just wanted to personally welcome you to our CareCFA Caregiver Community.

First, thank you for being here.

If you're a caregiver, I want you to know something right away:

You are seen.

You are appreciated.

And you are not alone.

As a nurse, I've spent more than 20 years caring for patients and working alongside families. I've seen the love, sacrifice, and strength that caregivers pour out every single day. I've also seen the exhaustion, worry, and loneliness that can come with carrying so much responsibility.

That's why this community means so much to me.

This isn't just another online group.

My hope is that this becomes a place where you can find encouragement on the hard days, celebrate the good days, ask questions without judgment, and connect with people who truly understand what you're going through.

Caregiving can sometimes feel like a journey that nobody else understands. Here, we understand.

Whether you're caring for a parent, spouse, child, sibling, friend, or someone else you love, you belong here.
