We need prayer for guidance on getting a car our's will not past smog bad transmission. We don't have money for a down payment or good credit any suggestions would be appreciated

Is it normal to feel like I am just being a wife doing what God wants me to do every day? The reason I ask this is because I am doing what I normally would do if Bud was not sick at all.. I do some different tasks that I would not have to do if he was totally well. He still has mobility most of the time, so he does a lot of things outside of the house when he feels up to it. That leaves me to be able to do housework that I can not do when he is here.

Had video appointment with Dr Tsia at UCSF and there is no clinic trials right now but she said she will put him on a list for one when the next one comes open, the is more treatment options that Dr Ghuman can try but they will just prolong his life
