- Complete Your Profile Upload a real photo and add a short bio (who you are, what you do, what you’re looking for).
- Intro Post Required Within 48 hours of joining, post an introduction sharing: Where you’re from Your experience with capital raising (or interest in it) What you hope to learn / contribute
- Engagement Minimums Leave at least 3 meaningful comments on other members’ posts before posting your own offers or deals. “Meaningful” = insights, experiences, feedback — not just “nice post.”
- Value First Rule Before asking for capital, contacts, or deals, you must first share knowledge, a resource, or a personal win/lesson.
- Activity Requirement Must log in weekly and contribute at least once (post, comment, or share). Inactive accounts may be removed.
- No Pitching Without Context Direct fundraising or deal pitching must be done in designated threads only, after demonstrating engagement in the group.
- Community Alignment Be respectful, collaborative, and aligned with the mission: helping each other raise capital ethically and effectively.
