Power Poses and Breath
Did you know that how you stand affects how you feel? Try it for a day when you’re walking around. Try to have the best posture you’ve had, stand straight and relax your shoulders. Settle into your spine and BREATHE.
Controlling your breathe can control your nervous system so it’s important to now how you breath! Taking a deep breath in to the count of four and breathing out to the count of six will help your posture also🕉️🥰
When breathing in, try to breath into your stomach, deep deep down, and when you breathe out make sure to empty your lungs fully💨🥰
You want to make sure you steady your body and breath and you’re mind with follow ✨
Try this method for a day and report back on how it made you feel!!
