Any Bundle Ideas?
I have an investor lead - he owns 3 Single fam homes as rentals. One is basically brand new and has large barn with it. He claims that the town will allow 2 ADUs on the property.. I'm trying to find a way to bundle all 3 properties into one deal but haven't tried anything like that before. I was hoping to throw it out at Tuesday's AMA but it doesn't look like it's being held?
