It has been difficult time and always in Nov. every year. Even though this year was an extremely busy month. I travelled across Canada from west to east coast. Then I had to attend a passing off a good friend, a brother & a mentor. Know I enter Dec. & am trying to shake off the funk. Trying to get back into the swing of getting my time organized. Hoping to get to work on a few projects and this being one of them.

Travelled from west coast of Canada to the east coast to attend Remembrance Day in St.John’s NL. Was a good turn out & a great parade. We also decided to stay around for a week flying in Tues. the 11th and flying out on the 18th. Good adventures with the Atlantic Crew on the Rock.

In our community in the Calgary, Ab. area, we hold an event the evening before Remembrance Day. We get together before we split up and parade all over the city and province. We have a little celebration and remember the fallen and we tell tall tales of times past. This has been something we started many years ago, and has become a tradition. Hopefully, everyone that can get out to a ceremony can.

Hello, like to take the time to introduce myself and the reason behind such a community. I believe it would be a like minded environment for veterans and serving members to feel safe in sharing. We have many issues going on at the moment and some have no where to discuss these issues. This would serve as a place to share info., on VAC programs, advice, & just be part of something more. I have just started and am very new to doing anything like this, and I hope it grows.

Just started a new hobby/skill. Getting into flying and working with drones. Seems to be the future so might as well jump on board. So I started with a DJI neo which was an easy to use camera drone. I did realize quickly it was just a great little camera drone and not much more. So I invested into a DJI mini 5 pro which I must say is quite nice. I am still in a learning curve but I am really enjoying the new drones
