Hi, I'm Olusola Bamidele, a Global Payroll Leader with certifications in PCP, PLP, CHRP, and SPHRi. I've managed payroll across 11+ countries and helped 200+ professionals successfully transition into payroll careers in Canada.
After coaching 200+ professionals into payroll careers, I discovered that landing a payroll role isn't just about learning payroll—it's about knowing how to position yourself, interview with confidence, and stand out in a competitive job market.
That's why I created the Canadian Payroll Launchpad—a community designed to help aspiring payroll professionals build the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills needed to break into payroll.
You'll get:
✅ Step-by-step payroll training — from zero knowledge to job-ready
✅ Resume reviews and job search resources
✅ Interview questions & answers
✅ Live Q&A sessions
✅ A community of professionals committed to helping you succeed
If you're serious about landing a payroll job in the next 30 to 90 days you're in the right place.
