Bonjour!
Bonjour à tous! My name is Patrick and I currently live in New England. I want to improve my French skills because I want to visit Québec more often and interact with locals. I've been to Montréal a number of times and want to get into other parts of the province where English isn't as common. Merci beaucoup!

Salut!
Enchantée! J’suis Skye, I'm from the West coast of BC. I bartend, do tattoos, and spend a lot of time outdoors and at local DIY shows. I've been learning French for a couple of months now, but I'm planning on traveling (moving?) to Québec for a while so I really appreciate that there's actually a course for québécois, seeing as I've had next to no luck previously trying to find a course that's more specific than International French.
Salut les mecs
I’m Cameron Hilaker, I’m a former USAID emergency manager in DC. I’m (hopefully) applying for canadian citizenship under the C-3 Bill, I’m waiting on a Québec baptism record of my great grandfather. My mom’s family all came from Québec and I want to learn Québec french and get closer to my roots! There is a funny story where they only spoke french in my granddad’s house, and on the first day of primary school, he ran home in tears saying “They only speak English!”. Hoping to practice my speaking and get much better at my French here!
Salut!
I'm Madison, I'm a former-scientist and now homeschool mom to my two kids. I grew up in Chicago (with some foreshadowing of my French journey) working at my mom's chocolate shop "bon bon." I did my grad school in Milwaukee. We lived in Eastern Canada for the last seven years, but over a year ago we moved to Québec city to raise our children bilingual in this beautiful province Although we are integrating into this community, I'm having the most difficulty with confidence in speaking French. The Québecois have been nothing short of amazing, funny, helpful, and patient with me. My family loves hiking, camping, painting, socializing at the local playgrounds and festivals, and cooking. Whenever I can find time, I also make science homeschool materials. My goal is to offer them in French too!
