Good morning, My Friend! One of my Anxiety Avenger's 5 Top Tips is movement. While I was out for a morning dog walk, enjoying nature by the lake near me, I passed the sign on the post that you see here. And rather than just look quickly at it and move on, I stopped and imagined the person who created that and took the time to post it for the rest of us to see. And I thanked them for putting love up for us to see as we pass by. And I noticed how I felt. It made me smile, and I felt lighter. A wonderful antidote to the chaos. As you move through your day today, take extra notice of something that makes you feel good. Do a little box breathing, and then move on noticing how much better you feel.
