Good day, everyone,
I have a testimony to share. I had a financial need this week that was met unexpectedly. My check engine light was on and had been on for some weeks. I had been praying about it, but God revealed to me in a dream that I needed to say, "Lord, your will be done with this situation; I give it to YOU."
My sleep was being interrupted by all the what-ifs.
I turned on a message from Creflo Dollar, and he said, "Some of you all need to be ok with receiving help," which can be an issue for me, so that was specifically for me.
I broke down and finally asked someone just to assist me in getting a diagnostic test specifically for my vehicle so I would know exactly what the problem is. I got the diagnosis and quote for repairs (I didn't have the money). I planned to just wait; I had no other choice. I have been reading Hebrews 4, which speaks about resting in his finished works (which has been a struggle with me giving up control that I thought I had and stopping trying to figure it out in my own power).
I texted the person who helped just to say thank you and how I appreciated the help with the diagnostic test. I was prepared to wait it out, trusting God. I stayed up late that same night and received a late-night text that said, "Just let me know how much for the repairs; get your car fixed." I did not ask for this help from any person; I even questioned if this was for real. I made an appointment for the repairs for 1:00 pm, but they said whenever you get here, we will take care of you (which was favor). I got there at 10:21 am and was done by 12:45 pm. It was originally said it would take longer; maybe I even had to pick it up the next day. On top of that, the serviceman gave me a discount on the original quoted price, which allowed me to pay an overdue bill.
I am so grateful!!!!!! 😢 🙌 I have been just in awe of him and how he shows up continually.
This was not what or how I expected this to happen. His ways are not our ways; his thoughts are not our thoughts.
God truly cares about every aspect of our lives.
