I’m writing a book called Frameworks Thinking — and instead of disappearing until it’s finished, I’m building it in public.
This is Chapter 1: Calling the Shot.
It’s the first chapter because nothing works until direction is declared.
I’ve invited a small group of people I respect to be Founding Readers — not to promote anything, but to help pressure-test the ideas while the book is still taking shape.
Over the next few weeks, I’ll be sharing frameworks from chapters that don’t exist yet, starting here.
Your role is simple:
- Read the framework
- Notice what lands (and what doesn’t)
- Share honest feedback
No hype. No polish. Just real thinking, in real time.
