Random workouts and ego training don’t belong here. 2️⃣ Progress > Ego Clean technique beats harder variations. No rushing. No shortcuts. 3️⃣ Videos over text If you want feedback, post a video. Skills are visual — guessing helps no one. 4️⃣ Follow the progressions Use the Skill Roadmaps. Skipping steps slows your progress. 5️⃣ Give value to receive value If you ask for feedback, be open to correction. Support others when you can. 6️⃣ Respect the community No hate. No flexing.
