Stabilized Whipped Cream
Here's a video on how I make my stabilized Whipped Cream, great for Strawberry Shortcake, Black Forest Cake and great for customers who are not a fan of Buttercream! This pipes and holds together extremely well. Best made one day before you plan to use it, it stabilizes even better in the fridge overnight. If you want to use it the same day, I suggest freezing the mixture for a few hours to speed up the stabilizing process.
