Hi folks. I am looking forward to Reiki 2. I have found Reiki 1 quite an emotional journey although the outcome has been positive and I feel I need to progress to the next stage. I would welcome any views from students in a similar position of training

Lesson 1:
✨ 1 Month Later… Now What? It’s been around 1 month since you finished your 21 day journal and your Reiki 1 attunement. You’ve had your journal, your experiences, your ups and downs. And now you might be wondering… What do I actually do with this now? This is where Reiki really begins. Your course materials are available to download in this section, so you can revisit anything whenever you feel called to. There will also be messages, prompts and ideas shared in the Reiki First Degree Students discussion tab to gently support you as you continue your journey. Please don’t feel you need to do them or respond — they’re simply there if and when you need them. This is more about staying connected than doing things right or working to a timetable. 🔹🔹🔹 ✨ Wherever You’re At — It’s OK Before anything else — wherever you are right now is completely OK. If you practised every day → brilliant If you dipped in and out → completely normal If life got in the way → you haven’t lost anything Reiki doesn’t disappear. It stays with you. 🔹🔹🔹 ✨ Simple Ways to Move Forward You don’t need to do everything perfectly. Just start small. Come back to your hands. You don’t need the full routine every time. Hands on shoulders Hands on heart Hands on stomach Even 2–5 minutes counts. 🔹🔹🔹 ✨ Use Reiki in real life This is where it starts to feel natural. Before sleep When you feel stressed While watching TV When something feels uncomfortable Reiki isn’t just something you “do” — it becomes something you live with. 🔹🔹🔹 ✨ Notice, don’t force You don’t need big experiences. You might feel warmth, tingling… or nothing at all. Subtle is still working. Trust builds over time. 🔹🔹🔹 ✨ Revisit your journal (gently) Not as homework — just curiosity. What changed over the 21 days? What did you notice? What surprised you? Even a quick glance can reconnect you. 🔹🔹🔹 ✨ Ask questions If you’re unsure about anything — ask. “I’m not feeling anything — is that normal?” “Am I doing it right?”
