This year, our priority is structure before submission. We are no longer putting time, energy, and hope into grant applications that are likely to be declined because the foundation isn’t solid yet. And yes—I’m practicing what I preach. I’ve restructured our company as well. I’m putting the systems in place so that we can win more grants, consistently and strategically.
