Building an AI Recruitment System Live with Claude Code
You give it a job spec — role, location, salary range, requirements. It goes through a candidate database of 200 people, filters by proximity, scores every CV against the role, ranks them top to bottom, and drafts a personalised outreach email per candidate.
What a senior recruiter does manually in half a day. Done in one run.
Four steps:
- Geo-filter candidates by radius from the job location
- Score each CV against the role requirements and salary fit
- Output a ranked spreadsheet (score, strengths, red flags, salary fit)
- Draft personalised outreach per candidate
