I still work a 9–5 job while running my agency, where I manage 5–10 clients every month. Along the way, I’ve made plenty of mistakes: struggling to book consistent calls, dealing with client churn, underpricing my services, wasting ad spend on campaigns that didn’t work, and constantly questioning if I was moving in the right direction.
My goal with this community is to help you avoid those same pitfalls. Everything I share here is based on what I’ve picked up over the last few months of growing my agency, testing, failing, and finding strategies that actually get results.
