Eliminate Burnout
The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method I use designed to enhance focus and productivity by breaking work into intervals, usually 25 minutes long, called “Pomodoros.” Each Pomodoro is followed by a short 5-minute break. After completing four Pomodoros, you take a longer break of 15-30 minutes.
This method helps manage distractions, sustain concentration, and reduce mental fatigue. It was developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s and named after the tomato-shaped timer he used (Pomodoro means “tomato” in Italian).
