Busy and productive are not the same thing.

Answering the same emails. Manually onboarding clients. Chasing leads that went cold. Scheduling calls back and forth.
None of that is building your business. It's just maintaining it.
AI has made an entire category of work obsolete in the last 2 years. The problem is most people haven't figured out which parts of their workflow qualify yet.
So they stay busy. But not rich. Not free. Just busy.
