Saturday Awareness 🌤️

What is one action step that you KNOW would move you forward in your business, but you are too scared to take? Could be fear of the unknown, fear it won't work out, you may not see how it will all work out, etc.

This isn't about placing judgement, but just a check-in with yourself in your awareness. To notice it unattached and sit with the feelings and then viewing from the Essence lens instead🕶️

Remember the Soul doesn't know fear, doubt, and worry. Those are human constructs in the mind. They are there to show us where we are at. Just as you would a toddler that spilled their milk because they were using 1 hand to carry it while it was shaking, you would look upon it with kind, gentle eyes and say "hey maybe we can use 2 hands next time." There would be no judgement or regret, just awareness. Because that is what we ARE.
