Is there a way to auto tag people in GHL when they sign up for a premium tier? If not, how are you communicating with people?

Is it true that I can't offer premium membership to someone who is not already in my free group? (currently using fremium tiers) What I want to avoid is having someone click a purchase button, but have to sign up to skool before they pay... I can see that pushing people away. Which makes me want to run payment through IGS, get their money, and then hold their hand through the sign up process. Thoughts?

Is chatgpt on something, or are there automation options I don't seem to have in skool? I wanted to see if there was a way to send a welcome email when somone signs up for premium tier without using a zap. It looks like there could be, but that I don't have access yet? Can I get access? ❗ Why You Don’t See “Automations” Automations only exist for the new “Courses 2.0” system, which Skool is gradually rolling out. If your account hasn’t been upgraded yet, you will not see automations anywhere.Skool is rolling this feature out slowly to different communities. Nothing is wrong — the feature simply isn’t turned on for your group yet.
