Re How to switch career in 2026
Hi all, On Monday 18th May at 6:30pm, we’ll be interviewing Harry Browning, who successfully transitioned from working as a Police Officer into a Business Analyst role. This is going to be a powerful session for anyone who is: ✅ Coming from a non-tech background ✅ Wondering if their current experience is transferable ✅ Still building confidence in their BA journey ✅ Looking for real examples of people who have made the switch Harry will be sharing how he made the move, what helped him stand out, and the mindset shifts that supported his transition into Business Analysis. This is exactly the kind of story that proves you do not need to come from a traditional tech background to build a career as a BA. 📅 Date: Monday 18th May ⏰ Time: 6:30pm 🔗 Register here Make sure you attend live, ask questions, and take notes — this could be the session that gives you the push you need. See you Monday! Shaz

Something I wish I realised earlier when starting out in this field
One thing I’ve realised whilst trying to learn new skills and move forward professionally is how easy it is to overthink everything at the start. You see people already in good roles, speaking confidently, knowing all the terminology, and it can make you feel like you’re miles behind before you’ve even begun. But honestly, some of the biggest progress I’ve made came from just asking questions, staying consistent, and accepting that you don’t need to know everything on day one. Communities like this help with that as well. Sometimes just seeing other people’s journeys makes things feel a lot more achievable. Please, what’s been the biggest mindset shift for you since starting your BA or tech journey?
Introduction
Hi , I am Sarah and full time mom. I have done M.Sc Economics and trying to start my career. Looking something flexible and can do from home? will getting into these training videos can open my ways into career?
Hey Everyone :)
Hey everyone 👋 I’m Brandon (or Bran for short) I’m 25 and about 2–3 years into my journey as a business analyst, and recently I’ve been interviewing for a more senior BA role—which has made me realise there are a few areas I really want to sharpen up. I joined this community to keep improving my craft, learn from others who’ve been there, and build more confidence in the practical side of BA work. Looking forward to learning, sharing, and hopefully getting a few “aha” moments along the way! — Bran
