Burnout to Balance is a private, anonymous mental wellness community created for anyone experiencing burnout, stress, or emotional overwhelm. This space provides education and peer support to help members understand and manage burnout, anxiety, and daily stress through practical tools, reflective prompts, and gentle routines.
Led by a mental health nurse (NZ-based), this community is focused on building awareness, restoring balance, and improving emotional regulation. Members will receive structured weekly posts, simple self-care exercises, grounding techniques, and prompts to reflect and develop personal strategies for wellbeing.
This group is not therapy or medical advice — it is strictly educational. Members are encouraged to seek professional help when needed.
