Chronic Tension & Effects on Lymph Drainage
Are there any additional challenges regarding lymph drainage for those of us who hold chronic (fascia & muscle) tension in our body? Is that tension physically inhibiting drainage and will it still impeded proper drainage after the gates are opened?
