Terrible landing page conversion rate
Hey everyone, hope you're all doing well! I had a quick question about optimizing click-to-call conversion rates on landing pages.
I've been focused mainly on lead generation over the past few months but recently decided to test a pay-per-call campaign. My Facebook metrics looked great, and the landing page functioned perfectly, but only 2% of clicks resulted in a call. Around 80% of clicks completed the qualifying quiz, so there was clear initial interest, but most dropped off at the final step.
I even mention speaking with an agent in the video ad, so I’m surprised the call rate is this low. Not sure if this is just a traffic quality issue or something else. Would love to hear how you guys optimize for better conversion rates.
